[solved] kernel 3.8.2 and e1000e network
Hello the Grills ! Today I noticed some problems with kernel 3.8.2/3.8.1 (from towo) and e1000e network driver. It is well known (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=677638) hat laptop-mode disables wired network when running on battery, so that I modified (two monts ago) the right ...

Re: Screenshots
@wux. thanks again. Awesome wm has such focus+foreground cycle functionality. Only useful with 2 or more iceweasel windows and it is not in the spirit of tiling wm. From now on I'm using standard elitist openbox+lxde. When I have time I switch on simple Openbox (à-la-semplice or à-la-crunchbang) or ...

just a remark : fonts in notification are too big with respect to the others (menu for example) O.G. No idea what you mean - there are no notifications at all... Sorry for my poor explanations. On the right/bottom where are some applets, when you click/right on redshift, nm... the fonts are bloated...

Re: Screenshots
@wuxmedia and dkeg. Thanks for i3 tips. I read also some documentation, but for focus+foreground it is not clear.
But awesome wm does.
@dkeg. For ST2, it is your i3 config (on one scrot) which indicates that you are using ST2 !

Thanks for the nice screenshots. In my case I always use elitist theme. I know (with google) that it is normal for a b...
