Will it do more than the awesome hosts script provided by the Bbq community?

Trollinger - taskbar customization
Color me stumped, but I'm not sure how to config the the taskbar that has all the quick access icons. I would like to reconfigure the icons to direct to a different app (like luakit instead of iceweasel), but not sure how to do it.

"Build" and "Pee" sound like a great idea, although I would prefer something like Pi or Pie as that is more palatable. :-P

maybe include dmenu and scrot? I know those are well integrated into spectrwm. I also vote for roaster and ceni. Roaster is good enough for showcasing a wm.

Re: BBQ Democrat - Web Browser
I like luakit best. It is fast, customizable, small, and baked in noscript & userscript support. Also, it is keyboard (vimperator keybinds) driven. Last I recall, there is not gtk in it.

@chris
That berryboot looks fantastic, but I wonder if it supports the development builds of openelec... Wished I didn't go out a few days a go and buy myself another sd card.

Re: Clit (amd64) Release Notes
After installing clit as root, I noticed some issues. Seems like I had to use Bbqstart to fix my grub after doing Bbq installer. Also, I wasn't sure if the bbqinstaller was supposed to exit while creating the fstab, since I never got a confirmation if the fstab was successfully created. Anyway, I no...

Re: rasberry Pi acquisition
Just recently, I got myself a raspberry too. To avoid sd card corruption, I directed the main partitions to my usb stick and my sd card as read only and boot. Then I overclocked the arm cpu to 1ghz (completely optional). Runs raspian well. I'd have to say money well spent

Bacon, this is what I originally imagined... A wonderful RYO script and a bunch of CLI apps to build your own environment from the ground up. Glad to see it come to fruition The screenshots already look promising. I was expecting the looks of smxi but this will do well too. Here's a toast to your ef...

Saltimbocca Installation bug?
I just went through the installation app, and it seems like the installer does not like custom partition mountpoints like /usr, /var, /tmp. I noticed this when the installer hung on copying contents to my /usr partition. Therefore, I killed the installer and decided to install the distro using just ...
