Re: Trying to dig the pony

OK, I gotta go with the idea of the kernel and ethernet card not liking each other. Because the modem was off all night, and first thing I did was there. Ran ifcoinfig eth0 up no error .... ran ceni ... still no net. :(

Damn do I gave to stay with this 3-9-1-amd64 kernel forever?

Re: Trying to dig the pony

AFAIK pony would be pretty much the same base, as every one of bacons spins, dpkg-reconfigure-wise. Yup - gives me a "Spanish" keyboard - tiz why I change it manually - works every time. A few years ago "latam" could be found in Keyboard layout . Complete with an image that I still have: http://s20...

Re: Trying to dig the pony

the trace route/ping was to establish your modems IP. based on that data put 192.168.100.1 in gateway and hope to fuck it does something. sorry about the traceroute, this normally shows your modem/router. this is mine. the router closest is no 1, no 2 is the router modem, then it skips off into the...

Hold on a moment. What is "logged out of Openbox to X"? You mean ito TTY? There you won't be able to run setXkbmap because you are not in X. This command, with or without sudo, can be added to .config/openbox/autostart After installation, "waitress" usually starts up and even asks for this, and doe...

Re: Trying to dig the pony

Are you sure about latam ? I know you are in Argentina but I use es and it works here with our beloved ñ . But I would maybe use es-AR for Argentina, so that you Latinos do not kill me. :) Or I have to dig deeper with those codes because I switch keyboards multiple times through all my languages. C...
