Re: musics, bitches
Ended up in a Grateful Dead loop. Really stuck in their musical universe. Found a new favorite track though, "Estimated Prophet". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7ndrom5F6c I missed this, but I moved on from the Dead a long while ago. Still, a spot in my heart for reasons not 100% relate...

Re: Movies, Flicks, Films, Videos, cinematography
Georgia Ulu Grosbard is such an underrated director. Now, if you ask me to single out one film among his works I'll have to pick this one, because as much as I like what he did with De Niro, I simply cannot resist a family breaking apart and trying to make sense of the pieces left. Pair Georgia wit...

Re: Movies, Flicks, Films, Videos, cinematography
Novembre An incredibly smart film, even experimental in its use of contemporary tragedy (the 2015 Paris attacks) and images to tell it. Much like what Antidisturbios did for TV series, but with the freedom that only cinema at its best has. By far my favourite Cédric Jimenez's. Danton An adaptation ...

I don't know why I waited so long to order the vinyl, but I just did: https://lleroy999.bandcamp.com/album/nodi I missed them live not too far from here a couple of weeks ago, but it's only partially my bad because the gig was really poorly advertised. Tomorrow finally I'll catch them playing live ...

The Night of the 12th
What a great film! It defies genre to point at an open question that we don't know how often we end up asking to ouservelves.

Re: BOOK! (Hardcopy edition)
I must say the so-called Companions (the ones from, say, Oxford, Cambridge, Routeledge, etc.) have been proving really useful lately. Not just for philosophy, but for literature as well. They are more advanced than basic manuals and guides, so they require a bit more effort, but they help a lot and ...
