Just wanted to mention/thank for the lighter color scheme, it works great for my eeepc. Am running "Cookies" from an usb, and with the small screen the dark theme gets demanding to read. Have tried the lighter theme on my desktop too, but there it gets too bright for me. So it is very good...

@Sector11; Maybe you have moved on? Just wanted to tell you what have worked for me. My first install went pretty well, but had the habit of crashing during boot quite often. I had to turn off the power and retry, sometimes several times before booting into the most beautiful of "Cookies"....
