Re: Random Internet Thread
^ Nice reading. It is a shame that it has come to this. Regarding English books, we have the same problem here. You have to use Amazon or very little from somewhere else (Book Repository was bought by Amazon and now it is defunct). It is impossible to find books in English that actually would be del...

The Color of Noise Unless words such as "Tom Hazelmyer", "AmRep", "God Bullies", and "Stu Spasm" make any sense to you, this documentary won't be of any interest. For me, this took me back to some great days of noise rock, even though I wasn't listening to al...

^ What is it with your region? I saw already two bands live. One where I lived and just a month ago here where I live now. They were both from the region of Veneto. The last one from Cittadella. The last one was this. I loved the band so much, I bought all albums and wrote even a review on Bandcamp....

Re: Funk
It could be Funk or Krautrock. It does not matter. It is great. Just found it on Bandcamp.
The album is great.
https://canofficial.bandcamp.com/album/ege-bamyasi
Obviously one of the outstanding songs.

Re: Movies, Flicks, Films, Videos, cinematography
^ Yep, there seems not be anymore films under two hours. Every new movie, if I watch them, is just too long and boring. The last one was the senseless, to me at least, Ad Astra . Just one example. I could count more. Do not get me started on modern science fiction movies. I love science fiction but ...

Re: EDC, gadgets and gear stuff
I have a new toy at our new home. We had to downsize a bit, so big speakers had to go. It is the Sonos Roam SL without the mic of course. Pretty fat sound for such a small sound bar. Anyway it is very compatible with my iPhone and I guess it fits into gadgets because it is damn portable. It wanders ...

Re: TV series
Also, I love the effort to care about sets, lights, and colours. That is actually the best part of the whole show. Fun fact, the journalist, the Austrian actor Karl Markovics, I met him at a our local film festival and served him at a bar. Nobody of my colleagues recognized him. Yesterday I watched...

^ Cool. The newest season is out now. Watched two episodes but sometimes they put really senseless stuff into the script, I guess that is very German.

Recently I watched Walkabout, an Australian movie. It was a really nice experience.
