Re: What distros are you using?
For me, I have been playing with both Arch + XFCE + Wine (Photoshop, MS Office, and all that terrible stuff) and a Greatest Hits install w/ FVWM, Seamonkey, XMMS, etc.
9front looks awesome, I might have to try it out!

Re: If not Debian...
^^ You can eliminate Google from your phone for the most part. Unlock the bootloader and flash on CyanogenMod (10.1 if you want Android 4.4.4, 12.1 for 5.11, and 13 for 6.0.*). Don't flash the GAPPS package, which you would need to do separately anyway, and just grab the F-Droid apk using Browser. F...

Haha! I was wondering what the heck happened. I had just been playing with my Firefox fonts so I thought I had messed something up.

Re: ircII
^^ If you aren't ircII savvy, you might want to look at irssi or weechat instead (and their respective ArchWiki pages!). Both are lighter weight options but are a little more "intuitive" and feature rich. But, if you are still wanting ircII, these look like great places to start learning! ...

Glad to see you have made your way here :D
I still use i3 from time to time on some of my installs, although to be honest ratpoison has largely replaced it. As Frank mentioned, you may want to check out Bowlful!
See you around!

z3bra has a gopher page as well :) gopher://z3bra.org
I don't know what logistics would be involved in that... I would assume it would end up looking more like a mailing list than a forum, but idk. Definitely be worth checking out!wuxmedia wrote:maybe the bbq should go gopher?

Sorry, Ivan! I didn't think about trying to load Imgur on your older hardware. I agree, they are pretty colorful, but at least they go with Skoal Cherry :D (I am a walking fruitloop...) @MB I didn't know about the option to disable icons altogether! I need to be more attentive when I am messing with...

Looks great, Ivan! Yes, the icons are not perfect but I fucking hate Faenza. It was one thing I tried and was not happy. No idea wich icons would be more cool. FWIW, I have been using /u/newhoa's Victory Icons as my set recently... they're still in development, but have been working pretty well for ...
