dynamic-xcolors - temporarily change terminal themes

I would like to hereby announced that I finally scratched an itch I always had and it feels good now.
The itch was that I wanted to have the same colorscheme between a gvim instance and the terminal that accompanies it. Secondly, I wasn't content with having to restart the terminal, nor writing separate colorschemes for it.
dynamic-xcolors is a fork of dynamic-colors that scratches that.

From what I heard, some aspects of urxvt can't be changed with escape sequences - for example border color. However, I couldn't find a definite list of escape codes - anybody has any leads?
