Status Update on the newsletter

If you're easily offended by foul language or views on a particular matter, which might not agree with your own, you should probably get the fuck away from this section right now. Seriously.

Status Update on the newsletter

Unread post by slartie » Sun Mar 30, 2014 9:07 pm

Things have been quiet for quite some time. Life got in the way. Lots of sobby and sad shit, but whatever. I'm still alive, and now have most of my motor functions in a working state.

So what happens now? Well, back issues will still be published and new stuff will follow. Also, Each issue will also have a podcast version. I'm using the first 7 issues as a training ground. The podcast will probably go off the rails and just let me rant freestyle - or rather, just more than I'd ever care to type.

Some people have approached me about the possibility of some collab work, and with the podcast, I think that could be interesting.

So that's a thing.

It could've been, but no - I'm really here. Still mostly horizontal, but otherwise everything's on the up and up.

Thanks for the welcome back!

I stopped doing April Fools pranks back in college when I almost got someone (a teacher) suspended :)

@BaconSandwichWithHotSauce - Seeing as this place is a bunch of NerdBro's, and we talk about slinging meat around all the time... I mean, people could be drawing certain conclusions from that.

Still rocking and still fucking annoyed with people. Good thing I'll be moving before the end of the month. A change of scenery might help, but then again, I'm moving back to the grumpiest part of Denmark.

When I feel like having a snack, that's what I go for. Much better than all that potato chip nonsense people buy. Bread, bacon and a good quality hot sauce is all you need.

"Every national border in Europe," El Eswad added ironically, "marks the place where two gangs of bandits got too exhausted to kill each other anymore and signed a treaty. Patriotism is the delusion that one of these gangs of bandits is better than all the others."
