Ah I just noticed this is "Boring" :) Well, check the segments in tmux-powerline (/usr/local/bin) and hack them :)

Did a "core" installation of Salix 14.1, tried out the new spi, added some tools, took a screenie... BAM! Env-info says "Slackware 14.1" all the same.

^ The core installation is really nice. To arrive at the same thing with a Slackware installation requires more attention to detail. "For the lazy Slacker," as they say.
