Load is high (bottom right) because I'm running 2 rsync transfers, and copying files around.
The tmux session (right container, with the green window dividers) that's the high CPU - it's a single core old box stuffed with HDDs for back up, which is receiving the rsync files.

Hey guys! I have been using arch linux as my primary distro for a while now and I just wanted to say that I would have never been able to do it if it wasn't for you lovely people dealing with my noobiness. So thank you all! And do not worry, I still have the BBQ on some of my other partitions so I am not without it. Here is an updated scrot of my i3 WM. It has nothing to special, simple just how I like it :)
