hmmm. yes, icewm. As usual from me, a low quality scrot.

This is icewm, with the shades of gray theme, from box-look, iIrc.
irssi and htop in lxterminals, and fireicecatunicorn browser.
The background color is blue.

It uses about the same amount of ran as xfce did, but it is more fun anyway.

transparent terminals or matching the bg color? You got irssi all configured it looks. Nice.

No transparency for me, it is just the same color.

IceWM is my goto WM at this point. Familiar enough that I'm not spending all of my time simply learning how to use it. And very light on resources.

and the theme if anyone is curious: aeteria : windowish (straight from the debian repos, icewm-themes)

I have always had a thing for "terminal" green. first computer I ever used was a (no idea brand/name/OS) amber crt command-line affair. I was like 5, so I use the term "used" very loosely lol.

Rarely use it nowadays sometimes when playing with a new or different distro but still gotta love it... classic.
