This is the roach with NumixBBQ gtk and Slimline xfwm4 theme (selected_fg is set to #CC191D)

The panel is actually set to auto-hide, the 'window buttons' have 'show labels' off, but 'flat buttons' ticked.
And thanks to Dr_Chroot for the link to "tubes.sh" (pipes/snakes/whatever you call it), it's presenting the xcolor theme (I think by dkeg) called 'red2' ;)
