XFCE 4.12 unstable in Vorlon. If you don't know what a Vorlon is, go dunk your head in a vat of honey mustard.

i dont know what a Vorlon is, but also do not have a vat of honey mustard. if you cannot think of appropriate and doable punishments for me, slap yourself in the face.

What a cryptic screenshot. Looks like shit but cool, geany and terminator, what a nice combination. Reminds me of something...

Yup, xfce. No panels, no window frames. You could almost guess this was a simple WM.

^ So soothing to look at +1. Hmm, maybe I should give good ol' xfce a shot again. Xfwm has just been updated I read.

You know, I guess I will always like Xfce, until it dies a horrible death at the hands of gtk3. It never lets me down for a full-fledged DE. Whenever I get the urge to see what's going on in KDE and Gnome-land these days, I just want to puke. They have become truly awful.

^ great.
I don't know how long it will last for me on this one, though. I'll take it as an exercise for me to have a "fully bloated" Debian with XFCE if I ever need one.

This is what I spent some time playing with last week: Sabayon on the T61. Actually quite like it, for a binary, rolling Gentoo offshoot. And you can emerge from source if you choose, too.
