w9wm

Unread post by ChefIronBelly » Wed Mar 12, 2014 6:51 pm

Old School again :)

This is w9wm which is 9wm with added virtual spaces linked by default to the middle mouse button, a nice plus. This color scheme I am calling tronbow, I really like this scheme really soft on the eye balls.

^ that's pretty impressive, especially for kFreeBSD. You can be the first official member of the "sub-30 kFreeBSD" club. ;)

The machine really only has 201M memory in it? Is it using any swap?

^ and ^^ thanks. ^^ it has 256mb shared with video, tbh I don't remember what was going on with swap I have been down a couple other rabbit holes since (FreeBSD, Sabayon). The box is still running I will update it to experimental and get kernel 10 working this week.

That's pretty cool! What shell are you using, btw? Bash, ksh, or...?

Oh, duh, how the hell did I miss that? *smacks forehead* Cool project, even though The Poettering says it's a "toy OS." ;)
