karmen

Unread post by DebianJoe » Thu Mar 20, 2014 8:26 pm

I needed to refresh myself on vim, so I reskinned and rebuilt karmenwm.

Nice!
Funny thing: I'm still on Elektra but only did login once to karmen right after the install. You make me feel guilty, Joe.

GekkoP, I did the same thing with Elektra. Played with Karmen for about a day before changing it out. After playing with it some today, though, I may end up creating some patches that make it look a bit smoother and grilling something from it. I won't tell you how many times I held down ctrl/alt and used the right mouse button to try to change window size before I remembered how to do it. :)

Karmen is a nice light stacker, whose title bars remind me of the Mac OS, pre-OSX:

^ I placed them manually. I haven't researched enough on this one to know any better, but I think it's just a manual stacker.

Just playing around...this system has been working overtime on compiling and testing for about 1 day (check uptime) now, didn't even bother rebooting to show off RAM. ;)

^ Hmm, I didn't see this post, I actually really like it in a sort of "bubble gum flavoured" way.
Looks fun :)
