Not a Visi variant. Just wanted to play around with blue/cyan/violet-ish tones and luminance.
Values 1 - 6 have a luminance value of about 55%, while values 9 - 14 are at about 80%.

After having tried a couple of wallpapers in fb, I came to a similar conclusion like you: take a 95% dark one :D
