xsettingsd - minimal settings daemon

Little daemon to set more and less obscure settings, for example GTK theme (unlike LXappearance, root GUIs run with the user theme) or mouse double click speed.

Simple text configuration; to apply changes, simply run it again (via e.g keybind). See crunchy bang bang for details.
