^ y'know, I probably wouldn't have found out if I wasn't on the gf's iPad and entered .com mistakenly. On my own machines, I'd just put 'bbq' into the address bar and let the browser history sort it out, meaning I was checking the dead (eventually squatteed by the Indians) .org site like a moron for months. "facepalm*

^ Hah!! You'll probably only be able to start your search if you know what Cantonese sounds like. It's a slightly re-pitched version of a Priscilla Chan rework of the famous Yé ké yé ké by Mory Kanté. Aren't I awesome? Had a laugh seeing all the SoundCloud "experts" trying to guess the version in vain. Not as worldly as they thought they were, eh. [/smugness]

Gslob, have you any reccomendations for early acid music? I find that is the most relaxing music to support to. just and 808 and a 303, maybe a 909 and a Juno or something sampled (actually I just got a rebirth-338 channel to listen to)

Ah yes, definitely acid. I kinda knew even before the music started, thanks to the 303 image. Anything Roland-303 related will probably be classed as electro or acid-something these days. Will keep an ear out. Sorry, been away from my headphones for a while, due to a prolonged headcold + sinusitis attack, so not much listening. The Ivna Ji mix listed below has some acidic 303+808 elements sprinkled throughout, especially a bit after the midway mark.
