This subforums is for the audiophiles and pedophobes. Open as many threads as you want for as many niche styles as there are.

Maybe new threads by country? Ivan, johnraff -- do it ;)

Have fun!

Can I make a thread for insulting audiophools?

You know, like those 70yr old gits who run audiophile publications who still think their decrepit wax-filled ears are capable of hearing the difference between 96khz and 196khz sampling rates, using weasel-words like "better musicality" because it's sounds more profound than saying "I like it but can't explain why, but it's more expensive so it has to be better".

Much to my chagrin this is not a flexible cable but rigid carbon fiber, like a hockey stick with no bend. I now use it as a curtain rod, and have unwillingly gone the diamond coated HDMI cable route.
Maybe we can move the mpg123/321 thread here. :-P

Cool Bacon! It could be an endless adventure.

Edit: Now Gutterslob and Gekko can open a new Jazz thread. ;)

@slobby: do it ;)

@alad: oh yes, I do it in a moment

@ivan: I made a start with Albania (because it starts with 'A') and I guess your first choice would be something like Angola :D

^ No worries. Saw it. I have already a bombastic Albanian song. :D It is here, too, the first country even for a bad guy like me. ;)

Any objections if I move the sample thread in here?
makes sense, no?

I was thinking about a Rap/Hip-hop thread, might be a bit lonely in there for me though 8D

I do hip-hop, mainly instrumental stuff though. Fat John, Nujabes, Bun, Jazz Liberatorz, etc. Not really a fan of those rappers that make tacky headphones though.

i do both instrumental hiphop (rjd2, jaytram, etc) and lyrical shit, so if you dont open it first, i will :)

edit: meant jaytram, not emalkay. the latter is dubstep :)

Should we try a support thread for music? Let`s say I have forgotten the name of a band, but remember some facts about them and google has not been any help. Then maybe somone here have a clue and can provide some new light on the qustioned musical enigma. Or maybe just questins about some weird instrument, or if it is difficult to learn to play the triangle? Maybe something completely else, but music related. It would probably end up to be a very chaotic thread, but hey this is the BBQ! :D
