^ nice, now try to post as many of these as you post in the electronic thread :P (even though this is obviously electronically produced)
PS only just realised the shoutout radio like 'tag' is 'homage' I still think it sounds like 'Porridge' :D

Will try. I've been a bit detached from the genre over the last couple of years, to be honest. Need to get the groove back. Warning though; my tastes lean towards the jazz/funk sampled side, mostly instrumental, usually deemed "too tasteful" by hardcore folk.

Fat John - Hundred Eight Stars;

Invisibl Skratch Piklz - The 13th Floor;

Pete Rock - Petestrumentals 2;

Busdriver - Cosmic Cleavage;

Scruffnuk Dust - The Dusty Planets;

L.B aka Labat - People of Anoubiz Vol 1 Tape; (BFDM is an electronica label, but this album is more hip-hop beats)

Wow Gutterslob. There are some nice things, exactly my style, especially The 13th Floor and The Odd Tape.

^ Cheers Ivan. Like I tell Wux below, I'll try to give this thread more attention. Most of my hip-hop tends to be lounge friendly, so no surprises it's easy to get into.

^^ Yeah Wux, I know of Onra, even have a couple of his releases, but not that one (nor any other of those ChineseSeries albums), so thanks for the share... and yes, the sounds of Pete Rock, Dilla, Nujabes, DJ Cam, Nomak, Ta-ku, Falty DL, etc, were always more up my alley.

You ever hear of Bugseed? I know I've shared his stuff before, but can't recall whether it was here or the CrunchBurner forum. Here's his BC page;
https://bugseed.bandcamp.com/

...and since I mentioned Dilla and Ta-ku;
https://huhwhatwhere.bandcamp.com/album ... illa-vol-1
https://huhwhatwhere.bandcamp.com/album ... illa-vol-2

Got a bit more you might like, but no linkage currently available on the interwebs, so I'll try zipping and uploading one of these days.

James Business - Moons; (free // name your price)
https://grappafrisbeerecords.bandcamp.c ... r061-moons
Other good stuff available on the Grappa Frisbee Records BC site. Not all of them are exclusively hip-hop, but check em out in any case. You might find something you like.

Jonwayne - Rap Album Two;
https://authorsrecording.bandcamp.com/a ... -album-two

Black Vulcanite - Remember The Future; (free download - email required)
https://blackvulcanite.bandcamp.com/

Lady Paradox & Gadget - Mood Swings;
https://millenniumjazz.bandcamp.com/album/mood-swings
Also a good idea to check out the label's other albums, though it's more classic jazz samples and beats than straight hip-hop, like most of the stuff I'm sharing.

MF Love - The Fly Talent Show; (free // name your price)
https://mflove.bandcamp.com/album/the-fly-talent-show

VINK - Lucid Dreams; (free // name your price)
https://vink.bandcamp.com/album/lucid-dreams

A collection of some tunes put together by a selector acquaintance of mine some years ago. 40+ tracks, not exclusively hip-hop, but it's mostly decent beat-driven stuff. You can just keep the ones you like and get rid of those you don't;
Part 1: http://www.mediafire.com/?485np51komld1zs
Part 2: http://www.mediafire.com/?xanov34c535tcpv

Youtaro Bandcamp;
https://youtaro-sndbse16.bandcamp.com/
Japanese beatmaker. Some works are free while others are paid. Start from most recent album and work your way back. I'm sure you'll find something.

wun two - Penthouse;
https://wuntwo.bandcamp.com/album/penthouse

Blazo - Jazz Format Mixtape Vol.1; (free - scroll down for download links)
https://blazo.bandcamp.com/album/jazz-f ... tape-vol-1
This one's a mixtape, but he's got full albums on his BC page as well.

Bop Alloy (Substantial & Marcus D) - Winter Breaks; (free // name your price - email required)
https://bopalloy.bandcamp.com/album/winter-breaks
Not quite in season, but I suppose you could save it for next Christmas.

Golden!

Didn't have time to listen to all of it, but I like James Business and Blazo mixtapes. Youtaro sounds really cool too.

Great job as always GS.

www.thesoundproviders.com/
These chaps haven't released anything new in the last few years, but they've got their entire discography up for free download in the music section of their site. Worth a look if you like their style.

Rather prolific in some circles, this fella. Some free albums available.

Not entirely sure which thread this belongs in. Equal parts jazz and hip-hop, but since this chap's primarily known as a beatmaker, I figure here's the place. Mellow Sunday morning coffee/tea/joint type of stuff.
