Classic Rock (1984)

Unread post by ivanovnegro » Fri Jan 23, 2015 7:05 pm

Yes, I am bad ass for making an 80s Classic Rock section but we live in the 21st century and the 80s are full of bad and good music. :)

I will begin like always with Deep Purple, one album I still love, blame me, is Perfect Strangers. In fact it is the original second line-up with its first album after the reunification.

^ You're crazy :D But yes, this was indeed a good album for 80s standards.

Must mention these full albums (sorry if they're blocked in other countries):
- Van Halen's 1984 album (yes, with 'Jump' and a lot of Oberheim synths) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omg9Zv8ihKQ
- Toto's Isolation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtq4CYQCbmU
- Bruce Springsteen, Born in the USA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07En6ctrOyU
- RHCP, 1st album: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EeYcmDubC4I (yes, they are *that* old!)
- Iron Maiden, Powerslave: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_J1IH2X7OU
- Metallica, Ride the Lightning: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tu2OEZFkaR4
- Bon Jovi, 1st album: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MA7CipN7-Tc
- Scorpions, Love at first sting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGlG4sgbDSg

And of course the tune of the next year 1985, greetings to Roland's Jupiter 8: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dASqLXiuomY
