Programmers of Java (no, not the island) will probably like this one. An XFCE4 session with Eclipse. Default browser is Iceweasel. All luxury (clicky-mounting, media player, image and PDF viewer) is on board.
Fits a CD. That's the only really interesting thing to say about it.

One more thing: Eclipse needs a minute to initialize and set up the work environment after the first start, so be patient. Subsequent starts are quicker.
