I3: Elixir (amd64) Release News

Unread post by machinebacon » Sat Jun 21, 2014 6:03 am

A few days ago fellow griller Elixir asked me if there would be an amd64 version of the BBQ release featuring i3. I promised him to make it as soon as the Summer releases are ready, so here is the update Elixir amd64. For the changeslog see the Summer 2014 release notes, this version is built on top of it.

The i3 comes vanilla from the repos. No config file added, so you get the defaults.

Download the ISO at sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/linuxbb ... o/download

Username/password: bbq/bbq -- root/bbq
Install with 'sudo bbqinstaller'

The ISO was corrupted on its upload due to a wacky internet connection. I will upload the ISOs again in the next hours.

Sorry for the inconvenience!
