BLACKBOX: Camel Carcass (486) Release Notes
Finally! The food-related release names are back! And this is no f*cki' Openbox, but its grandfather Blackbox! Yey.
Still sporting ye ol' 3.13 kernel, Camel Carcass runs on everything newer than Pentium II. And it introduces you to the world of shells: bash, csh, dash, dsh, git-sh, fish, fizsh, ksh (the AT&T version!), sash, yash and zsh, to be run in screen or tmux! Yey.
Now README please:
1) The username is 'user'.
2) The password is 'bbq'.
3) To install the Carcass, run 'sudo bbqinstaller'.
4) After installation, reboot, log in as 'root' with the password you have set in the bbqinstaller.
5) Then, enter 'adduser <USERNAME>'.
6) When finished, 'exit'.
7) Then log in with your new user.
Scrot you say, because you think it never happened? Yey.
Check that waste o' RAM! :(
So, please be nice and download this fucker. Install it! Roast it! Show off! Fap joyfully! Yey.
Download the bloated ISO (276M) at SanFran: http://sourceforge.net/projects/linuxbb ... /Blackbox/
If the link is not yet available, allow a few minutes for the servers to sync. Yey.

Wow, now that is an original spin o.O +1
I have been wondering lately about the shells, so this could be a proper "teaching " spin. Awesome!
And...it looks pretty too :)
simon
Ps: YEY

Nice, a shell fanciers dream. This alone makes this one a great release, and then you get the great bbq tools, to top it off!

Nice! Interesting the env-info says xcolor is platine, but they don't look it, they look like the 'standard' colors. what terminal are you using?
Work hard; Complain less
Re: BLACKBOX: Camel Carcass (486) Release Notes
archvortex -- I moved your ceni question to /usr/share/doc (here). We try to keep support questions out of the release notes -- this helps people search for and find the answers later.
On topic, this is a really nice spin bacon. Blackbox does not get enough attention.

Thank you pidsley, we should do more blackbox ricing here :)
@drew, after creating the user it does not yet source the new colors in Xresources -- so, "dkeger" has to be run once to populate the Xresources with the new theme.
