SPECTRWM: Baconator (486)
So that's what the Baconator is using.
- kernel 3.16
- OpenRC (installed) / sysV (live)
- spectrwm
- no GTK
- emacs24 + wanderlust + emms
I included the main part of my .emacs file so that you just have to add your gmail email address there, and this makes wanderlust grab your mails (thanks Joe for the config those days). Or do what you want with it.

If you can do it go ahead and do it, if you can't do it then don't even criticize it. - gingerdesu

You are (of course) welcome. I steal your stuff, you steal my stuff...everyone is happy. :)
Re: SPECTRWM: Baconator (486)
This also reminds me I still have to try wanderlust. Damn you, mutt.

Re: SPECTRWM: Baconator (486)
Perhaps it is just that I am as dense as a brick, but I just had a panic attack concerned that I wasn't able to switch between workplaces in spectrwm. Forgot how to Linux. Had to switch to workplace 1 using Mod1+1 to check my .spectrwm.conf file to ensure that it is indeed Mod1+1.

Re: SPECTRWM: Baconator (486)
Indeed.
ONLY the MOD+x is changed (because of Emacs), everything else is default:
cat /usr/share/doc/spectrwm/examples/spectrwm_us.conf
Switch workspaces with Mod+1/2/3/4/5/6/7
Or maybe I just didn't understand your post.

I was ultimately able to come to that conclusion after much deliberation and a glass of Johnny Walker Black Label. Thanks for the help anyway!machinebacon wrote:Switch workspaces with Mod+1/2/3/4/5/6/7
