cheers Doc and thanks for sharing!

^ a little wrapper could be /usr/local/bin/scrt

Code: Select all

#!/bin/bash
case $1 in
d)
scrot -d 7 '%Y%m%d%s$wx$h.png' -e 'mv $f ~/scrots/';;
s)
scrot -s '%Y%m%d%s$wx$h.png' -e 'mv $f ~/scrots/';;
*)
scrot '%Y%m%d%s$wx$h.png' -e 'mv $f ~/scrots/';;
esac
which you can call with 'scrt' or 'scrt d' or 'scrt s', then the scrot will be taken, timestamped and moved to ~/scrots.

edit: added semicolons, sorry

sorry, forgot to add the ;; after each command. I haven't tried the script, just wrote it from the top of my non-existing brain.

Some lovely scrots on 4chan recently. I think I have some sort of voyeuristic rice fetish: I simply enjoy 'mirin and asking about others screenshots :D

Necrobump, but I think this is a decent fluxbox setup.

^ & ^^ I was thinking the same. Most fluxbox-setups are bloated with extra panels etc.
This one is more eye-friendly, although if I was using it, I still would remove some things and turned the window decorations off :)
