"nice colours"
^ thanks to dkeg, I did 'promise' to make up a spin with his colours, really readable, of course not so good for the sunny hours :)
to be honest unless I find (or make) another minimal wall, this is the wall.

I myself recently do not use any other palette besides dkeg releases. He is the Man of colors :)

^ yup sure is, feel the bloat :)
It is also a company requirement.

I've numixed it up a lot, gtk and icons.
Am very, very tempted to use compiz as compositor.. really tempted.

What do you guys use as screen wipes? Do you buy actual 'screen wipes' baby wipes sort of work, ok for the outside, the couple of screens I've cleaned went a bit streaky with residue. although that might have been because it was super hot at the time of the wipe-age.

^ maybe I am a full retard, but ... I use a microfibre cloth only. Every now and then I spray a tiny little bit of WD-40 on another soft cloth and clean the screens, it seems to keep the static lower than without. Nowarrantyasalwaysatthebbq

Same as Bacon but I use water instead of chemicals. Just tiny sprinkles on the cloth and only when the screen has dirt that you cannot swipe away with the cloth alone.

^ nice idea - have to get one of those, not sure what to do when it is fully smeared. I will try it when it's not so hot. (you ever tried washing a car when it's really hot?)

Dude! I haven't had the wobbly windows in....I can't even remember what spin I was using at the time! I'm pretty sure it was Ubuntu-based with KDE....That is so cool! Not going back there, though- all that extra glitter and glam was a wee bit hard on my old, struggling processor, lols!

why the hell didn't I get a microfibre cloth years ago, was it that obvious to everyone else?
It just wipes the shit off, great! I bought two and all our screens shine now, just water seems to work quite nicely even with gammy kiddy fingers all over the TV.
Thanks!
