This is mostly a dkeg salad with a side of pidsley sprinkled with bacon. :)

Colors: traffic courtesy of dkeg. (wrong color in scrot doh)
Fonts: ohsnap borrowed from pidsley.
Background: from a pidsley post.
Osd status and other minimalisms taken from baconator.

looks good chef. My colors always look better on someone else's setup.

I also like to use xsetroot. Easy to absorb current xcolors. I like -mod 9 2
xsetroot -mod 9 2 -bg "$(xrdb -query|awk '/\*color0:/ {print $2}')" -fg "$(xrdb -query|awk '/\*color8:/ {print $2}')"

I need to get off my arse and get the colors integrated better but its a start.
The xsetroot bit I took right from a pidsley post you guys were going back and forth on.

All you can eat buffet makes its rather easy.

new font and term otherwise not much changes, bouncing between OS's OpenBSD FreeBSD and Debian all with a heavy coat of my own special BBQ sauce.

just a thought: It's kinda hard to customise these things (any further) once one has got it down to how one wants it to work/look. I certainly haven't made any changes in years.

True mostly colors and fonts are all that change but I still like to play and try things out... even if I go back to my old dog ways.

Surprise the song remains the same. Behind the scenes is my attempt to run current NetBSD and only use binaries. That being said I had to build a couple things bar, latest cwm and I think I missing something.

^^^ thanks I like those blue greys dkeg worked out and that cwm is actively developed.

^^ pretty happy with the setup I really should steal your color scheme ;)

^^ Always a Gnomer at heart and for production and virtual stuff I will go to Ubuntu. But if get my hands on Googles Debian version I might switch.
