Re: frankie
Oh my, now that is gorgeous! Very nice, frank. I'm really struck by how much talent our friendly little bbq has!

Usual scrot.
Emacs theme : https://github.com/franksn/omtose-phell ... tree/devel
Running apps: urxvt, vcast (wrote a li'l golang script to extract all vimcasts.org episodes directly from the url, idea from stark)
xcolors are extracted from emacs theme.

Re: frankie
I like the 'softer' theme better. I like when you have the right bg shade to make the text pop out-3d like. Not sure if this even makes sense outside my head.
Nice scrotter sir

Re: frankie
^ thanks, that 'softer' one was an attempt to re-create the original colorscheme by applying a little bit of your style (though of course not as good as you) :)
The idea behind the darker (original) variant was to create a colorscheme that can be closely replicated in 256-color constrained environment. It doesn't look quite as good as I want it to be...

Re: frankie
Yeah, very smooth midnight colours.
The right shade might be to do with the colour contrast being just right, like a toned down cyan on red really pops.

Re: frankie
^^ are those tmux plugins any use? my tmux is just a huge list of servers logged into with a couple of 2 panes here and there, I had a look at a few, but haven't really felt the need. I suppose that's my answer :D

Re: frankie
^ It's not, the only plugins i use is tmux-resurrect and tmux-continuum. The others are symlink only (from previous bloated install circa 2016/2017), and i stupidly added it to my git history back then, and of course i'm too lazy to rewrite it, they are all remain unstaged since a while ago.
^^ Thanks!!

Re: frankie
right, yeah sounds good, our bastion is never off (hopefully) It's nice to rebuild it if it does get the session removed.
