Yep, for those things like the most-read PDFs, .emacs.d, .Xresources, etc.

On my phone I have a WiFi file transfer app that can be opened in any (non-text) webbrowser, so even if USB connections to the phone don't work, FTP via wifi will (as long as the computer I work with has a wifi connection),
