Google your problem first. Check the Wiki. Read the existing threads. It's okay to "hijack" an existing thread, yes! If your problem is not yet covered, open a new thread. To get the quickest possible help, mention the exact release codename in your post (uname -a is a good idea, too). Due to the lack of crystal balls, attach the output of lspci -nnk if you encounter hardware problems.

shortcut keys does not work
Just installed lightside. But the shortcut keys does not work. The alt f something keys work though. Has something gone wrong wit the installation through all this ddos madness?

Re: shortcut keys does not work
hmm, good question. I doubt the keymap would be affected by the #! repos being ddosed, but WTF do I know? 8)
where are they kept in #! ?
can you
if there are as expected I would only guess the keymap was wrong.
the live-installer has trouble setting non US keymaps, though I suppose you'd notice if it was terribly wrong.

Re: shortcut keys does not work
They need a manual editing:
geany ~/.config/openbox/rc.xml
Wux mentions correctly the keymap, change it in
geany ~/.config/openbox/autostart
