How fast can you type?

My best is 66 with English words, 77 with Hungarian. It's a pretty good typing excercise in general too.

65 with English words, 80 with Italian.
Edit: 83 in English and 86 in Italian at a second run.

I made a lot of mistakes though. And of course I'm not typing like that all day, otherwise my hands would be slapping my face begging me to stop the madness.

1 mistake, 91 correct words, 96 words per minute. i am, apparently, better than 96,84% of users in the last 24 hours. this was in English.

62 English, 2 mistakes. This test is biased to people who type real words.
If instead of "dog cat house broom" it was "# dog **char[(house, h)]; house->broom" I think I'd far more competitive. ;)

Interesting, I just had 67 with the T43 keyboard (three mistakes, and the keyboard is a bit further away on the desk and I hit the 'clit' a few times instead of the "B") and 63 with the IBM Clicky Model M keyboard (zero mistakes). I repeated the test a few times and always got more typing mistakes with the laptop keyboard than with the 'real' thing.
To my defense, both keyboards I am not fully accustomed to yet :D

^ that divorce took longer than i would've liked, but that is simply because the courts aren't as fast as i am :D
the wedding was 5 minutes though, so we rocked that pretty well. surprised nobody has made the obvious sex-related comment yet ;)

Though I am not sure why typing speed would matter. That's like speaking speed. :D First know what you want to write/speak, then go for it.
Wanna see this test using assembler language or escape sequences :D
BTW, you can upload images to linuxbbq and embed directly. "Full editor" -> Add file -> Submit

tried it twice each , my best score is 44 in English 58 in Indonesian and just 38 in Norwegian

90 words per minute is some serious business haha.
@Bacon: I know typing speed does it matter but I just thought it is fun to do because everyone types faster when it is there thoughts. It is a whole different story when you have to copy something :D
