It seems I have already broken the golden rule by not posting here first- oops. :-)

My name is Harvey and I like Linux. :) I am the author of howm (not the emacs one) and i3situation and like writing software that other people want to use everyday.

My github is here, in case you're interested or want to give me some help.

Everyone here seems so friendly already- I am looking forward to settling in. :)

Is there an IRC?

1. where are you from/do you live?
2. got any other notable interests besides Linux?

anyway, welcome to the grill once more, and good to see your contributions. i hope this will turn out to be a fruitful collaboration for us all :)

Oops, I forgot to share that in the original post.

1. I am from the UK and have just finished my first year of Computer Science at university.
2. I like playing games (mostly Counter Strike), spending time with friends (as well as my dog) and doing student things- like drinking and sleeping lots. :)

I live in York. :)

He is a labrador crossed with a staffordshire bull, I'll put a photo on here later.
