Re: Random Internet Thread
^ Definitely, they could even have the infection before making such website - I mean, look at the ladies (and not-ladies) they had on the couch... I wouldn't even touch them with my grill tongs. :D It's always fun to see how bored some (all?) of these whores were during the fucking. A mix of roll-eyes and disgust. Both totally understandable, and totally fine :D
Dialog, Scene 1 - On the street in front of a dump
A: whooo, hey baby what's your name?
B: My name Crystal.
A: wooow, what a beautiful name. *camera zooms into pizzaface* niiiice...
B: *looks like a wild bus appearing on the wrong side of the road*
A: Do you want to see my hotel room?
B: Of course.
Scene 2 - Room 907
A: Here we are, that's my room.
B: Yes. *sits on bed and turns on TV*
A: Do you like it?
B: Sure.
A: Show me your <enter random body part>
B: OK. *shows <random body part>
A: Wooow, nice <random body part>
B: Yes.
A: Do you want to take off your clothes?
B: Sure. *one eye still on the TV*
Scene 3 - In the shower
Protagonist B is washing her private part with water from a plastic tube. There is no soap involved. A sausage-colored and -shaped object appears at the bottom of the screen. Protagonist B is now looking confused, one eye on the TV, one eye on the wilt love meat.
A: Yeah come on.... Ahhh uh yeah, you are hot baby.
B: Oh. *takes wilt love meat between thumb and middle finger*
A: You like it?
B: Of course.
And so on, and so on.

Apple making fun of poor people and good hardware; supporting throwaway gadget, consumer culture:

My decade-old ThinkPad says "meh" to Apple.

Re: Random Internet Thread
^ Well, with no due respect whatsoever, fuck you Apple and your overpriced hardware.
Sorry, I know bashing is not allowed.

Re: Random Internet Thread
^ Bashing shitty behavior is okay by me. Claiming you're "environmental" on one hand, and supporting crass consumerism on the other is bullshit.

*All* of my machines are more than five years old. So sad.
I will never buy an iPad (or any other tablet) unless I have absolutely no choice.

Re: Random Internet Thread
Heh, I was watching the keynote. Was like, what! And the panned over to some snobby squids putting their face in their hands shaking their head. Like, pffff, you mean not everyone buys new machines every year?!

That was not bashing Gekko. Grillers will always defend their ideals and one is the use of old hardware.
*Fuck you Apple!*
Typing this from my 7 year old laptop.
And no, I do not need all the fancy apps from the app store. His speech is just pure marketing.

Re: Random Internet Thread
^ Thanks, my laptop is 7 years old too and I wouldn't even know what to do with an iPad and its apps.
Re: Random Internet Thread
people buy their bullshit, both the words and the products. that's all that matters to them.
All statements are true in some sense, false in some sense, meaningless in some sense, true and false in some sense, true and meaningless in some sense, false and meaningless in some sense, and true and false and meaningless in some sense.
Re: Random Internet Thread
^ So true it hurts. And I'm serious.
Of course I know there is a considerable amount of effort behind every Apple product, being it software or hardware. And I know it works, and it works pretty well according to everyone around me who use it. I also know I couldn't possibly be able to do some of the stuff they do.
What I am getting tired of is the hypocrisy. But, once again, the bigger the hypocrisy the more invisible it is.
