Rhythmbox should never be installed but then the so called best Gnome distro Fedora does it and even uses Firefox but you should ship Epiphany (a pain in the ass) and what was it about redundancy?

Now this is where free software culture totally fails even though he might have had a point somewhere, especially with a default Debian install or such abominations like Ubuntu Gnome. And yes, I would like to see Evolution die in a default Debian install.

problem is -in evolution's case- he mentions that users 'need' all the shit which goes with modern services, like exchange and certain business features, the same reason most windows users use MS outlook whch they admit is awful BUT it has colours or some indispensable calendar/CRM integration bollocks.

Yeah the tweak took is the main thing that makes it useful, along with dconf editor, those are MUST ABSOLUTELY NEED
