Cobalt
The last couple episodes seemed more about the ugly side of human nature and our military/govt. Which provides plenty of food for thought
Reminds me of a saying from another show coming in January 2016 'X-Files'.

^ I think Gotham has been great from the beginning. I just don't talk about it much since most of the comic fanboy sites just rip on it... glad to be here with you fellow nerds ;)

Finally watched the last episode of 'Fear the Walking Dead' for 6 episodes I think it had a nice arc and won me over in the end.

I've recently started watching Dark Matter and The Bastard Executioner. Both pretty good. I also like Dr. Who, Supernatural, Family Guy, Sword Art Online, Log Horizon, Attack on Titan (my fiance recently got me into anime), Wet Hot American Summer, Daredevil (the Netflix show, obviously not the movie), Star Trek: TNG, Voyager, Enterprise and Deep Space Nine. Never watched the original that much because I like every character except Shatner. Can't stand him for some reason. I used to be excited about Game of Thrones because I read all the books before the show came out, but it's getting to where I just want him to finish the books instead of the show, even though I doubt it will ever happen.

^ Ah, Attack on Titan is fantastic. Log Horizon was nice too - this might sound cliche, but have you checked out Bleach or Naruto? If you are just dipping your toes in Animu, you might like to get a taste of those as those are some of the most popular. (If you like cyberpunk stuff you may also want to check out Serial Experiment: Lain.)

I am about half-way through the first episode of Mr. Robot. I came into it bracing myself as I usually dislike the way Hollywood portrays haxxors and such, but this one is actually quite decent. Tor was mentioned in the first 10 minutes... how could it not be good?

That one is actually the only nerdy series I will try to watch because I detest sitcoms.

True Detective II, just fantastic. I loved it from the beginning. Not sure why so many fans of the first season disliked it. Maybe it was too complex with too many characters.

And I am watching Show Me A Hero, an HBO mini series by the creator of The Wire, looks very good. I have to watch more stuff by David Simon.

You too? IMO it was the worst ever. And not because it was so exciting before. It was pretentious and I already knew the story of Morgan, they just did not show it in pictures till that episode.

Edit: Rant in the spoiler.
There were two big errors on screen. How is it that Eastman gets bitten so fast when he tried to help Morgan if he is a professional Kung Fu, whatever Japanese shit? Morgan clears everything but not the two humans he killed. He just let them there to resuscitate as Walkers. The screenplay was forced to tell that shitty story.
I had to rent. It was so boring and they showed us more than one hour. Disappointing.
