^ Watched the first episode so far and liked it, quirky and dark at times comedy.

^ I had to look it up looks like in 2010 never saw or heard about it. Now I remember Douglas Adams (Hitchikers guide) and screenwriter Max Landis.

Treme: 2 episodes left.

Felt short and somehow incomplete. Besides the boring Annie Talarico, music is exceptional, but coming from me this is no surprise. I'll probably watch it again soon just for the music, but I'm already collecting records like a mad man. A true lesson on the real history of music, that's for sure.

Overall a good series. If they kept up the work on the first season, it could've been awesome.

Oh yes, Annie was annoying. Every music in the show was better than her violin.

^ I started Taboo last night. So far intriguing. Hardy once again proves to be one of the best actors out there.

yeah that was fun, I suppose because the DA book was fun, I still go on the principal of when lost driving, just following someone only because 'they look like they know where they are going'... wife hates that :)

woah just compared trailers, hmm, looks like the US version is missing the Morris Marina for a start, and the actor is just a funny (looking) guy in the UK one. At least Dirk is British, wouldn't want it to go all US red dwarf... (although saying that Kryten was tere but couldn't even save that)

^ Most of the time the US versions suck. (but Im not going to get started on that)

Finished Taboo and Outcast (Kirkmans other comic book). Knight wrapped up Taboo season 1 with a bow like no other well a lot like Peaky. Outcast was good not great will probably see where they go next season.

EDIT:

Started on Six from the history channel produced by the Weistein bro's. A dramatization of Seal team six starring one of my favorites Walter Goggins.

A new one coming to History Channel is a Knights Templar story 'Knightfall' there was a easter egg on the season finale of Vikings.(The warrior monk)

Watched and finished it and Hardy is exceptional. I liked it a lot even though some subplots are strange. Chaplin's character for example is somehow out of place but the dark atmosphere and slow pace is just fantastic.

Yeah agree with you guys Taboo's atmosphere is great, solid acting too, although the plot relies too much on that unexplained magic.

Chef: I really hate Six, the actors are good but the storyline is ridiculous.

^ Watched only the first Six episode the production values are superb but like the last Weinstein bro ( Marco Polo) fell flat on story. Its not really my kind of story I prefer my violence in the past (history) or future. (scifi)

Another plug for 'Legion' I think there doing a great job telling the story inside the mind of a schizophrenic. Is he awake or dreaming? I am really appreciating screen writers these days and the limits put on them.

When in need of laughs, I started the classic Only Fools And Horses. I'm sure Wux knows what I'm talking about.

Liking Taboo, 2 episodes left.

I'm not sure I'd like it as much if Hardy wasn't there 99% of the time.

Found a sleeper of sorts on netflix called 'Frontier' good cast and characters some of you may like.

There is another coming at the end of the month called 'The Discovery' which is technically a netflix movie already added to my watch list. To sum it up myself a doctor played by Robert Redford discovers a afterlife and tests it thru a controlled suicide I guess is a good way to describe it. And after confirming he release the information to the public which begins a mass suicide thing.
