Watching now

Philip K Dicks "Electric Dreams"

and

"Rellik" (Thats killer backwords) They are telling the story backwards and doing it really well. The lead is Richard Dormer who IMO is fantastic.

Both very good.

I'm currently on second episode of Netflix's Mindhunter (David Fincher). Crazy good this one.

Also watching The Vietnam Wars (Ken Burns) currently on the third episode. A very detailed documentary.

^ Just added Mindhunter to my list yesterday.

Ken Burns docs are the best I haven't watched the Vietnam war yet, the last one I watched was our National Parks... amazing.

Started with season four of "Blacklist". The body count is still astronomical. I am getting quite bored with it really, the plot feels thin, no humour, just a lot of people running from one place to another torturing and killing each other. Will probably see it through though.

Tried second season of "How to get away with murder" a while a go. Fell of after a couple of episodes, it did not do it for me. :|

It is very good. I watched it already, even on German television.

On Netflix there is another good documentary at least in Germany, On Death Row by Werner Herzog. It is about inmates waiting for execution in the United States.

^ They aired that documentaries on German TV already? That is amazing!

Edit: Thanks for the Warner Herzog suggestion, i'll add it to my list.

Yep. Even I was surprised. I just watched it on the web because I do not have cable.

"Stranger Things" season two is on Netflix now. Not as good as the first season, and I barely made it through that one.

<thought_dump>Netflix is a bit cheaper that I thought, now we have a chromecast, I'm almost sold... still not too convinced we actually have time to watch stuff.
We get about an hour in the evenings to watch something family oriented, there is usually a bbc nature documentary which fills that gap.
Nah, I think a subscription for us would go to waste.</thought_dump>

You are not the only one. It is on my list. Though there are two versions. I guess you mean the British one?

^ Yes, not even interested in the US one to be honest.

Stranger Things season two has two separate story lines. The story line with the 11 character from the first series is interesting, the other is a long stupid gory boring monster movie. If there is a season three I will be surprised.

I'd like to say "good show old chap" but I've heard the US one is actually ok. better than the US version of red dwarf... I mean it's probably the same story line.

Travelers on Netflix. In the future we develop technology to transfer our consciousness back in time. A team is sent back to prevent cataclysmic events.

Creator is Brad Wright of Stargate, like all of the series he was a writer. I am only 3 episodes in and liking so far, Its pulling like a 8/10 on imdb fwiw.

binge watched 'Stranger things' was pretty good I agree with pids that another series might be a bridge too far, unless they shred half the characters.
PS I didn't get netflix sub...

I'm still waiting on the next Peaky Blinders (4th season) about a week from now.
