Ok, after second thoughts I really want to promote the by me above mentioned "Hotel Beau Sejour". If you like murder drama mysteries that is of course. To me it felt very fresh and original. And the flamish sounded very cool. :)

Really loved Altered Carbon. binged it in a couple of nights.
Bit cheesy, but new in a lot of places. and boobies, don't forget the boobies, unless schlongs are your thing.
left a lot of explanation indeed, better than instant exposition though, although all was mostly explained, you aren't supposed to like the main character, he's a cunt, I mean Walter White was too, and look at him, people loved that series (I didn't)

+ Stargate Origins - They are webisodes about 10 minutes each. They launched with the Stargate Command streaming service.

Enjoying the 2nd season of both Ash vs Evil Dead and Atlanta. Both equally entertaining in their own right.

^ watched Ash drive the Oldsmobile off into the sunset after 3 season was fun.

Good news for some.

Someone here turned me on to 'Utopia' and Amazon has ordered 9 episode reboot. (Dennis Kelley)

Amazon also in talks to take over 'The Expanse' after SyFy canceled. I didn't realize all the money making angles going on with these shows. Syfy had first live viewing rights but no online streaming. Amazon had the deal in the US for streaming and replay, Netflix international had that.

Fox picked up the final season of 'Gotham' (10 episodes)

The Mechanism on Netflix was also good. It is another one by Padilha, the creator of Narcos, within the context of Brazilian politics and corruption.

I didn't like Westworld one whit since the first season, but i decided to give a second chance last night, after co-workers and wife said last episode was very good even for the pessimist like me.

I was dismissive at the start because the idea of "robot uprising" theme sounds stupid, but i can say that the last episode was good, and i decided to try to follow the series (still didn't want to watch the previous episodes, don't feel like missing any).

^ WW is excellent so much going on there.

If your interest are only in robot uprising check out 'Humans'. Similar themes but these synths were basically worker bots that we took into our homes and on a day zero code was sent out to make them self aware.

^ I never finished 'humans' S1 - quite good moral questions in that series. feels like a black mirror show.

I think I watched the British version and also never finished it. Interesting plot but somehow poorly executed, for me at least. But I think it is a remake of a Danish or another Scandinavian show?

^^ all about moral and social issues. Like when daddy got caught playing a game of hide the sausage. But now that they are awoke some are tired of playing nice and looking like violence will be reciprocated.

^ not sure where this one came from on BBC Merica here.

Looks like Humans is a remake of the Swedish "Real Humans" ("Äkta människor") : https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2180271/

I have not seen either series, so I could be wrong.
