If you are interesting in getting some cheap books, I highly recommend checking out http://www.abebooks.com/.

I have gotten many books from here at amazing prices. The host also seems to have a real nice philosophy for the site to promote learning/education.

Ah yes, most of my purchases come through abe! I usually find them through http://bookfinder.com, which is an amazing resource in itself.
