Thanks, otherwise got quite boring with cooking these days. Mexican tonight :) Funny how many shelves of things there are on the world food bit. all it is, in essence, is tomato salsa and corn tortillas. With some guacamole and a few other things. We normally do fajitas of whatever meat is cheap.

I also do make bread when the weather is cooler here is today's.
Recipe I have been using is his turbo bread lately 50 wheat 50 bread flour. Cooked in the cast iron dutch oven. link
