Another newbie new user

Hello everybody. My name is Skillmon and I'm most likely the latest meat eater at the BBQ.
I'm currently studying Engineering Science in Germany. I'm relatively new to Linux and currently using LinuxMint 17.2 Cinnamon. My interests are eating, sleeping, drinking and gaming. I really like DOG and DOGs. I'm eager to learn something new once in a while, especially if it concerns the preparation of meat or Linux. Don't know whether I'm going to be a good member of the BBQ-Party because I'm currently only consuming others meat and can't garnish you a nice script or something like that.

Eigentlich aus Nordhessen, ich studiere in Bayreuth derzeit noch im Bachelor.
Ungewöhnlich im Internet gesiezt zu werden. Außergewöhnlich heutzutage aber doch mal ganz angenehm. Wie wird das hier im Forum mit der deutschen Sprache — oder allgemein anderen Sprachen als Englisch — geregelt? Ist ja eigentlich unhöflich gegenüber denen, die sie nicht verstehen können.

Wir regeln das ganz einfach: man schreibt einfach in der Sprache, die man mag :)
