Wow, sounds like you have some great hobbies there :D The process of beer/cider making has always interested me, and sounded like an enjoyable/relaxing past-time.

As for the beer/cider-making, I do have 10lbs of honey that I was given in order to make mead. I should probably do that one of these days...
