Re: ✞ Obituary ✞
Robert Vaughn (man from UNCLE) popped his clogs as well. :(
not a massive fan or anything, just oh - another celeb dead...
*pause for thought*
I think maybe 2016 isn't like -- everyone great is dead -- but from now on its kinda the tipping point, so many people are famous and more are made every day (looking at shit like 'I'm a b list celeb - get me outta here") so maybe just critical mass of famous people who are inevitably going to die?

Re: ✞ Obituary ✞
The thing is, these are the people who we "know" quite well because we are all around 40 years of age - at least - and their deaths seem a bit surprising, but they are not: Robert Vaughn died at 83, Cohen was 82, Mancuso was 72, Bowie was 69.

Re: ✞ Obituary ✞
I was much into Cohen, but didn't say anything because this 2016 is taking too many of my heroes away.
Re: ✞ Obituary ✞
^^ Agreed, the thing about getting older is that our 'heroes' are getting older too and they don't have a physical eternal life. Perhaps Prince was a bit young (57) but an overdose fentanyl is a great way to prevent people for all the 'getting older' issues...

¡Hasta la victoria siempre!
Re: ✞ Obituary ✞
I know, no politics... but sometimes I have some mixed feelings.
Fidel is dead and I'm not gonna miss him... but partying people in Miami?
I hope they are partying for a better future, and not for the fact they skipped the history classes.
Batista was even a bigger asshole than Castro.. .

Ah no worries, don't think Castro's going to mind too much. :P Besides I don't think it's so much a celebration of the guys death, just think Cubans really like to party.

Zsa Zsa "MILF" Gabor died. When I heard it on the radio, I said to my self: "Wut, she died again?"
I call everyone 'Darling' because I can't remember their names.

My sweet dog. We miss her so. She had a great life though. Still kind of in denial. Seems so surreal.
