Solar Eclipse today
Saw the solar eclipse today (well I didn't look directly at it and blind myself) but here are some pics I took. Sorry, the quality is not National Geographic standard. If I had been thinking I would have set up a camera and took a time lapse photo which would have made a cool wallpaper.

Re: Solar Eclipse today
You're welcome Slartie!
@Wux nope, you got it spot on! The timing was perfect because an hour later it was overcast here. Kind of freaky to have it go darkish this morning like with a super heavy thunderstorm only there were but a few clouds in the sky. If I was further north I would have gotten the full effect of the eclipse.

Re: Solar Eclipse today
The solar eclipse was a hoax. NASA staged the whole thing. I read this on the internet, so it must be true.

Re: Solar Eclipse today
The pics look nice to me. At least you could photograph it.

@slartie's_mooning: if you simply convert them to blocks with some imagemagick, you won't see how blurry they are anymore ;)
