Good evening grillers. I had a very hard and sleepless night because of my pollen allergy. Oh fuck it! It was never so difficult like this year even though it was fucking cold. Maybe because I have to adapt to the new place and nature.

Pollen allergy sucks :S (Yep I'm having it too). I don't know if the Aldi in Germany sells some medical stuff, but Certizin(e) works for me. (In meinem Dorf ist die apotheke nicht immer geöffnet und ich hab' keinen bock auf warten).

Yes, it is May, so my seasonal allergies (hayfever) are kicking in as well. Typically lasts until about the first or second week of July. The Willamette Valley is the grass seed capitol of the world, so it can be hell for hayfever here.

Looks like a great weekend ahead, though. Sunshine and low 80s°F. My sweetie and I are going to have a date, ride our bikes downtown, have a tasty beverage or two, and play some pinball.

^ Sounds like an excellent weekend Bones. Overhere the weather isn't bad. Lot's of sun and they're expecting 27°C. The runnerbeans are smiling at me, so I guess it's time to plant them. Coincidence does not exist, the beans are German and in the Netherlands we called them 'Spekbonen' which literally means 'Baconbeans'. Even in the kitchen garden you can't escape from him :D

Still on the allergy, sleepless for more than a week and because of the beautiful weather I was the whole weekend outside. We had a friend visiting us. It was a fantastic weekend but it killed my sleep every night after only two hours.

I finally planted tomatoes, strawberries and other stuff on the balcony.
