Howdy!
I am new to this community but not to Linux. I started to experiment with LinuxBBQ and I am just feeling my way around. My nick is in tune with my youtube channel " Fishman Loves Linux". I look forward to reading about some of the new and fascinating distros.
Re: Howdy!
Welcome grilledfish. This time of the year tends to be a bit slow, but no reason to let that stop you. Please take a moment to peruse around and get an idea of what you just got yourself into. We also have a quiet IRC channel on freenode; #linuxbbq. Aside from the lurkers, not much activity atm. Weather is improving, which means a bit more outside time.

Hello and welcome to the grill!
As dkeg said, when the summer arrives we all leave the keyboards and get some quality time with the family ;) I see you are an XFCE4 guy, let's see if we can convert you to a WM user without all that bling-bling :D What's your distro of choice?

Really nice video and you have a very nice voice to listen to. Do you have some audiobooks out already? :)
So, really glad you found us!

Howdy, neighbor! I know Texans love their bbq as much as us Cajuns love our gumbo! Have fun, read the great documentation and check out some the great how-to posts by bacon and the others right in this here forum! Grab Cream and have a go with all those interesting wm's!
Sir! Put down the hammer and slowly step away from the computer.

Welcome, grilledfish!
Does the username imply anything? Some grilled salmon sounds like a perfect summertime meal :)
Hmmm, unless it's some play on http://fishshell.com/ and the bbq!
