Always a good time in the knock out rounds but when we get to the final 16 I will watch most matches.

The whole weekend was soccer weekend here. As you know I live in Germany, somehow people on the street were not so polite this morning. :) But at least we had a great party yesterday with some tequila.

All we have is hoping that 2026 World Cup would include more than 48 teams, so that minnows like us can compete there.

^ Put Messi and 5 other players up front, fuck the midfields. Lost 3-0 by superior Croatian midfielders.

They had it coming.

This night will be a big match for us. Serbia vs Switzerland. I have a table in my local bar, watching it with Spaniards and one Mexican.

mannschaft

On a plus coming up next month we have a friendly between Man U and Liverpool probably the most popular teams in the area. At work I would have to add Arsenal, Chelsea and Bremen.

^ Korean Goalie's man shaft just got bigger than the entire mannschaft.

Sorry, can't resist. I'll show myself out.

England reached their first quarter finals since the year i was born. Was watching yesterday's match in a pub with some English expats, the whole place erupted when they scored the final penalty shot. Had more fun watching the Belgium-Japan match, but the atmosphere yesterday was something else.

i caught it on google, does a good job of live updating the match. I opened it just at the penalty shoot-out - couldn't be bothered to find a video stream.I thought it was all over when the first one was missed by ENG. did not expect COL to miss as well

Statistically Colombia never won against England and the first to shoot penalties loses. :) Though England never won penalties before. Just statistics as you see.
