hahaha, i know it, it is hilarious. this is actually Belgian, not Dutch, and it is fake, in the sense that it is acted - but acted really convincingly and doesn't make it any less funny :)

@jules: well, the thing is that Belgian is essentially the same language as Dutch, but with some alternate words thrown in. for example, what we call "surfing", they call "planksailing". shit like that. the easiest way to distinguish between Dutch and Belgian is by the accent; Belgian is like a Frenchman would speak Dutch - very soft, soft G's etc. so now you *do* know Belgian :D

I'm told that Belgian French is also a bit weird (although they count to 100 more sensibly), and let's not get started on Walloon :)

yeah, you're right, I screwed up there, though Wikipedia suggests that there is some distinction between "French" as spoken in Hainaut and the Walloon of Brabant, but it doesn't seem all that great. I was remembering some very wierd Belgian language that a had a few web pages by some people trying to keep it going. Maybe it was Picard?
